We will be doing our free Vail yoga classes for our guests again this winter. Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. They are a great way to stretch and unwind after a long day skiing or boarding. Two days not enough? Please check out the Vail Athletic Club for their class schedules. Antlers guest can pick up complimentary passes at the front desk.
The Antlers at Vail hotel will be starting up our free yoga classes again on Wednesday December 15, they will be running twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. The classes are being given by Tracy Long who also teaches at the Vail Athletic Club. They are complimentary to guests so please join us for an afternoon of relaxation and stretching after a great day on the hill!

The Yoga program this summer has been a success! We are so pleased to offer it complimentary to our guests. Every Tuesday and Thursday throughout June, July and August, guests at the Antlers had the opportunity to stay in tune with Mother Nature and their inner spirit for an hour and half, enjoying the sun and our beautifully landscaped swimming pool deck while stretching, meditating and working in body balance.
