Rimini was established over 10 years ago with our gelato cafes in Vail. Born out of love for the delicious gelati experienced in Rimini, Italy; Michael Schneider opened his gelato shops and named them in honor of the town, bringing this rich, decadent treat to those who appreciate the finer things in life. Those shops grew and incorporated fine wines, specialty coffees, a variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and fine, artisan chocolates.
