Pazzo's founding story is as fun as the atmosphere they provide in their pizzeria! Its 3 owners, "Grateful Mike, Powder Tom, and Hutch" all met in Vail in the 1980s, skiing during the day, and making pizza by night. They decided to open Pazzo's Pizzeria in 1990, providing delicious pizza to the good people of Vail - both locals & tourists alike. They've since expanded to other locations in the Vail Valley, but their original location in Vail Village still stands.
