Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s second Colorado location opened in 2011 in the heart of Vail Village. Located in the 5-Star Solaris development, Matsuhisa Vail is a rustic urban setting complete with a stone fireplace, outdoor fire pits, large indigenous stone pillars and walls, and custom woodwork. Floor to ceiling windows reveal a panoramic view of Vail Mountain. Seasonally, the front of the restaurant opens up into an expansive outdoor patio.
