Originally a small counter-service operation, the Moose NY style slices appealed to visitors and locals alike and the restaurant quickly became a staple stop off for those in the Beaver Creek Village. Since 1995 the Blue Moose has grown from a small counter-service operation to a full-service restaurant, now located in the Poste Montane in Beaver Creek Village, featuring a variety of appetizers, salads and sandwiches in addition to the restaurant’s specialty pizzas by the pie or slice. The restaurant received considerable growth and opened its’ second location in Vail’s Lionshead Village in 2008.
