One regular-sized parking space is available in our underground garage. The $50 daily parking fee will be waived for loyal repeat guests booking directly.
Pets are welcome in about 20% of our condominiums. Please call for availability as these accommodations are especially assigned. The $50/+tax/day fee per pet is charged with the final payment and becomes non-refundable at that time.
Extra Person Charge, (above the normal occupancy listed), is $15 per person for ages 16 and above. Children 15 and under stay free.
Rates do not include 10.8% tax, but that’s it – No hidden fees or resort charges!
The rates and specials listed on are website are the same that you’ll find anywhere else online. This includes Expedia, Orbitz, Booking.com, and Travelocity. Call us if you ever find something cheaper elsewhere.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Summer/Fall/Early Winter: April 2nd through December 14th
1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 14 days.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. The full reservation value becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival with no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Winter: December 15th through April 1st (except for December 20th – January 5th)

Vacation Protection
In case of travel delays, flight cancellations, last minute family, business matters or illness please take a moment to consider protecting your vacation lodging investment.
Antlers at Vail Vacation Protection is available to add to your reservation up until 30 days prior to your check-in date. Vacation Protection is not insurance. However, if a reservation with Vacation Protection is cancelled for ANY reason and the Antlers receives written notice, (via e-mail, fax, or mail), at least 24 hours prior to your check-in date, the total value of your reservation will be held in credit that you can utilize toward another Antlers at Vail reservation within the following 12 months.
Vacation protection can be purchased up until 30 days prior to arrival at 10% of the total cost of the stay including tax. Vacation protection is non-refundable and collected at the time it is purchased.
The total value of the reservation (less the travel insurance) will be held for a future credit to be used with one year of the arrival date on the original reservation.
Vacation Protection does not protect against late arrivals or early departures.
