Job Type – $25/hour with Bonus Opportunity, Full Time Year-Round.
Your compensation will be paid in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll process, and subject to applicable tax and other withholdings. This position is a full-time position that includes health benefits, ski pass, 401K (after your 1st year of employment) and paid time off.
In addition to your hourly salary, you are eligible for the leisure commission program.

About the Position
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the department by creating a strong sales and purchasing environment through inbound calls and emails, while advancing business growth through proactive business development, relationship-building calls, and ongoing customer engagement.
The Reservations Sales Representative serves as a primary point of contact for guests planning their stay at the Antlers at Vail. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering reservation inquiries, promoting resort accommodations and services, and ensuring accurate booking information. The ideal candidate is hospitality-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences from the first interaction through arrival.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, website, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately within the property management and reservation systems.
- Provide guests with detailed information regarding accommodation, amenities, rates, policies, seasonal activities, and local attractions.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling of room types, packages, and resort services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of resort inventory, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Assist guests with trip planning and provide recommendations for dining, recreation, transportation, and area events.
- Verify reservation details, guest preferences, and payment information to ensure accuracy.
- Process deposits and coordinate pre arrival communication with guests.
- Proficient in processing group rooming lists, changes and reservations
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Sales, and Maintenance teams to support seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor reservation reports, track production and call volume; communicate booking trends or concerns to management.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
- Foster a strong relationship with the wholesale partners through prompt reservation response time, weekly/monthly communication, incentives for agents, site tours, and follow up after guest stays for thank you and rebooking
- Coordinate training for wholesale partners yearly
- Enhanced Pre Arrival Experience for all leisure VIP, high paying guests, long length of stay guests and past guests.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of customer service, hospitality, hotel, reservations, or call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and effectively use property management and reservation systems.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
Preferred
- Previous hotel, resort, or vacation rental reservations experience.
- Knowledge of Vail and surrounding mountain destinations.
- Experience with hospitality reservation systems and revenue management practices.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
