The world’s largest day to conquer cancer, Pink Vail, returns April 2, 2016

Pink Vail™, on Saturday, April 2, 2016 is the world’s biggest ski day to conquer cancer. Everyone has been affected by cancer in some way. People run, walk and grow facial hair for cancer. In Vail, we ski! Themed deck parties, all-day live music, costume contest, prizes, VIP events, great skiing and an incredible setting will once again bring thousands of fun-loving, pink participants together on Vail Mountain – all for a great cause. You don’t even have to ski to participate. Pink Vail Headquarters will be located at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola at Eagle’s Nest, easily accessible by skiers and nonskiers.  100% of the proceeds stay in the community, benefiting patient care and survivorship programs at Shaw Regional Cancer Center, a nonprofit cancer center located in the Vail Valley.

In just four years, Pink Vail™ has raised over $1.7 million to benefit patient care and survivorship programs like “Spirit of Survival,” providing ALL cancer patients at Shaw with free exercise training, emotional support, nutrition coaching, massages, a nurse navigator, outdoor adventures and more.
