The Colorado Film Institute’s mission is to foster independent film through film screenings, panels, workshops, networking events, and educational projects. The Colorado Film Institute stages the Vail Film Festival on an annual basis in Vail, Colorado as the primary outlet for the Institute’s initiatives.

Every film selected to screen at the 15th annual VFF will have been written, directed, and/or produced by women. The 2018 festival program will be announced March 1st!
