But we were not finished. In the summer of 2004 we re-did our pool area and "back yard" down on the river. This two million dollar project included a new pool, two new hot-tubs, changing rooms, restrooms, showers, heated walkways, new retaining walls and landscaping. Whew! All of our units are individually owned and decorated and we are constantly updating them. In the Spring/Summer 2006 we completely gutted two - Three bedroom condos for complete remodel. In the Fall of 2006 we finished updating a Studio and a One bedroom with bunks. We have many pictures from these projects. Click below for construction history.

The
Antlers $20 million addition, which we named "Antlers 2000" was
finished in the summer of 2002. It took over 2 years of planning and
then 2 years of construction. It's great to be done.
